Maharana Hamir Singh II – Son of Maharana Ari Singh II

After Maharana Ari Singh, his son Maharana Hamir Singh became the king of Mewar. When he became the king of Mewar, nothing left in it as all his territories, fame, glory, and wealth of Mewar was taken by the Marathas and their internal chaos make Rajputs week and from since they lost all their pride and glory.

About Maharana Hamir Singh II

Maharana Ari Singh II was the son of Maharana Ari Singh II, and he was just 11 years old when he was declared as the king of Mewar. But because he was just 11 years old he was not able to rule Mewar, and Maharaj Bagh Singh and Maharaj Arjun Singh becomes the mentor of the Maharana Hamir Singh II. But after that, the mother of Maharana Hamir Singh II named Sardar Kunwar Jhali was not happy with them and after that, she came into the power of Mewar on behalf of his son and started taking all the decision related on behalf of his son. But after that nothing goes right, and her son died when he was sixteen years old, and again the throne of Mewar was ideal.

After the death of his first son, Rajmata decided to crown his younger son who was the hire of Mewar after the death of his brother.  The name of the younger brother of Maharana Hamir Singh was Bhim Singh. But this Maharana has something special in them as he poses the quality of great skills and knowledge and it is said that he regained some of the lost territories of Mewar and some of the territories of Chittor. He tried to make Mewar prosperous and somehow get success in it, and he makes Rajputs proud.

The Maharana fought a war against the mighty Marathas and after that Sindh. He fought the war with courage, and it looked like that Mewar is gaining back all the things they have lost, and Marathas also fear from the Maharana. The minister of Maharana Hamir Singh named Amar Chand developed a conflict with the mother of Hamir Singh and because of this reason Amar Chand was killed by then by poisoning their food.

After all these chaos, Mewar began to fall and will not be able to get back all their lost things to the Mughals and to the Marathas and the downfall of Rajputs began. They lost their name and Marathas become the new and powerful rulers of India and began to rule the country for so many years by shedding the glory and courage of Mewar and Rajputs.
